Vote NO and HELL NO on the Viaduct!

Green Party of Seattle has endorsed a NO vote on a new elevated Viaduct and a HELL NO vote on the proposed tunnel.
At its February 28th General Membership Meeting, the Green Party of Seattle endorsed the position of The People's Waterfront Coalition to oppose both questions on the recent mail ballot.
In this age of global warming and theories of "peak oil" we find it unacceptable that the only options offered to the voters involve massive infrastructure projects to facilitate single-occupancy vehicles.
